We were playing with parqueting old wood and after many late nights and revisions, we found that the best way was to leave the wood in a mostly raw state. The color of all these boards is caused by age and wear, not stain. Each piece tells a story in the patina of its many years of experience. The base is simple and clean, and lets the wood top really shout.
Each top is different, just like the people who make them, and like the old buildings from where we get the material.
