There is something magical about working with a free edge piece; the natural beauty of the wood, the symbiotic relationship between design, material, and craftsmanship, the randomness. When all the elements come together, you get something like this glass and free edge table.
We put metal legs this guy, and set glass down into a routed channel we carved into the material. The result is a breathtaking example of modernism.
