Cool Custom Metal and Reclaimed Wood Community Table for The Marfair Hotel

Downtown Los Angeles and the arts district near Staples Center has been going through a decade long restoration from it's run down past to a hip and dynamic community . One of the most current restorations is the historic Mayfair Hotel Built during a period of opulence in the Roaring 20's and played host to rambunctious flapper girls and indulgent oil barons alike.

We were fortunate to get to build a few pieces for this remodel and this 12ft long community table in reclaimed wood and metal will be featured at the front of the of the newly remodeled bar and restaurant. 

The design on the top was created by a local Los Angeles artist that replicated a buddhist mantra design that is part of the ceiling design. The base is made from solid cold roll steel with a flat black finish.
